Mr Weaver is a principal management consultant
with over 25 years' experience in the wastewater industry. Mr
Weaver specializes in asset and utility management. His managerial
experience is demonstrated by assignments encompassing advanced
asset management, risk assessment studies, inventory management and
management consulting services. In addition, Mr Weaver has
over 22 years' experience planning and coordinating maintenance
activities of large wastewater facilities, as well as six
years' experience as an asset manager.
Mr Weaver developed the first ever,
department-wide asset management program for the City of San Diego
Metropolitan Wastewater Department. His responsibilities at
MWWD covered all aspects of the department’s business practices
related to asset management from capital expenditures, planning and
execution of the maintenance program, to the implementation of a
business case evaluation process for a capital improvement program
which saved the department over US$10 million in the first
year.
