Phil is the State Manager for GHD in Victoria.
The Victorian practice employs over 800 people in the sectors of
water, environment, transport, energy and resources, and property
and buildings.
Phil has had broad experience in consulting and
previously managed teams in civil infrastructure, property and
buildings and environment. Prior to consulting Phil’s background
was in project and construction management.
