Colin James has 15 years’ management,
consultancy and construction experience. Colin has spent five years
managing a design and construction firm in Norway in addition to
his Canadian and Australian experience in water, mining, rail,
roads and urban development. Colin combines his financial acumen
with a diverse engineering background to assist in the evaluation
and management of projects. Colin is the manager of GHD’s Canadian
operations.
