GHD was commissioned by one of the
Philippines largest property developers, Ayala Land, Inc. to
prepare an infrastructure master plan, detailed designs, and
environmental studies for the proposed first class resort facility
development of a 400-hectare property in Morong, Bataan, adjacent
to the former US Subic Naval Base.
The proposed development
involved a range of themed residential communities, scenic golf
course and country club, beach resort with inland freshwater lagoon
features, destination spa, marina facility for yachts and other
recreational vessels, and a resort hotel. All these will be set in
the natural beach and mountain setting of the site.
